We are super happy with our experience at Backyard Leisure. The staff is very knowledgeable and the in store water testing is great. After 2 years of use, I had a couple of questions and requested a technician to come out and and to take a look. The manager, Ryan, helped me get situated with some control issues over the phone. The appointment with the technician was scheduled in an expedited manner and was executed the same way. A few twists and turns where the jets, come out of the rub and she's running better than ever. Thanks guys! I appreciate the service. Kudos!

We recently had a radiant pool installed and we love it! The pool is beautiful and the installers were great! We worked with John from start to finish and he has been super helpful. He came out to our house a couple of times after hours to deliver items that were backorded. He has been great to work with!

We found an acceptable pool for our needs, at a reasonable price on June 3, 2020. We did our own financing. Chris was our salesman. We were notified within a week after purchase when the workers would be here to prep the area. That was going to take about 4 weeks for scheduling purposes. We were told they would be here on 7/10 and installation on 7/15. Unfortunately there was a scheduling issue and they didn't call us first.... We called to find out when they would be here and were told they couldn't come that day. So we called back to the store and they rescheduled 7/14. I was satisfied with the work they did. They even took some of the ground to a place low along my driveway. They grated it really nice so I could reseed. This morning 7/17, the workers called me and told me they were on their way here shortly after 8:00 am. They arrived around 9:45 and went straight to work installing the pool. They were finished by 12:30 pm. James gave me the instructions on how to backwash, clean the pool etc. I was informed there was a hose missing for cleaning the pool, as well as the saltwater system, and the ladder. These items are on backorder at this time. I'm very satisfied with the pool installation and all employees were very good at what they do.
