I've been going to Backyard Leisure for about 6 years, for all my chemicals for our above ground pool. The employees are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable of what I need. Been to other local pool supply stores for a quick run in and none compare to Backyard Leisure.
Great customer service and friendly staff! Got a good deal on our pool and fast and efficient delivery and set up. They test our water every year and explain in great detail in what we need or don't need to add. They are very knowledge and helpful with all of our needs and questions. I purchased an inground pool in late May. Everyone in the store, the man that did the grading, and the pool installers have been wonderful to work with. They have been more than wiling to return calls and answer any questions I may have. If you are on the market for a pool I would highly recommend them.

Helpful staff in the store-not pushy at all. I have had many questions and they have patiently answered them! When we had problems arise, they never came to inform us about it without having a solution. Our install and grading appointments were moved up early so the kids were excited to get everything done sooner. It is so nice to be able to go to the store and get help when we need it.

BYL was very helpful in deciding the style and brand of spa to purchase. Comparing them to other dealers in the area, they were more responsive and competitive in cost. Their variety of styles and brands of tubs is a great way to see what features fit best. We love our new hot tub!
